All orders from The Happy Melt Co are posted out using Royal Mail.

Delivery Options:
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) - £3.00 or Free on orders of £30 or more

Your order will be packed at Happy Melt HQ within 1-3 working days of receiving your order & then posted via Royal Mail, using their Second Class Service.
Royal Mails' guidelines for second class mail is 2-3 working days, but please note delays can be encountered from time to time.

Free Local Delivery (on orders £10 and over)
Please only select this option if you are based in the ST10 postcode area in Staffordshire. If you are based outside of this area, you will be contacted & your order refunded in full.
Local deliveries are available Monday- Friday & you will receive a dispatch email once your order is ready to be delivered. Please note that the minimum spend for free local delivery is £10.
You will receive a dispatch notification via email once your order has been posted, if this does not arrive within your inbox, please check your junk/spam as it may go into there.
